Lately, I have been trying really hard to take good care of my nails and keep them in good shape, which seems a lot easier said than done.

My nails I have the tendency to break and peel, even though I use hardening/strengthening primers and topcoats. No matter what I do, they just break.

That fact in combination with my work, makes me have slightly shorter nails.

But this is no excuse to not keep the good looking.

Primer

Beauty - Nails favorites of the moment. Includes priming, Color and Remove. Essie, Kiko Milano, Herome, OPI and Sache Vite.

I’ve been loving this OPI Nail Envy – Sensitive & Peeling base coat.

Always apply a generous coat before whatever nail color I’ll be wearing, and so far, my nails haven’t been peeling as much as before.

I bought mine at some airport’s free shop and it retails for about 25Eur.

Top Coat

This comes as no surprise to you, in case you’ve read other nail posts of mine.

I don’t like nor have the time to sit around to wait for my nails to dry, therefore, there is no better topcoat than the Sache Vite! It dries your nails in a matter of a few minutes.

My holy grail of topcoats and totally recommend it!

Color

Lately, I’ve been really into nude colors; they just go well with any outfit, and not so in your face. These have been some of my favorites:

I am sorry I did not include nail swatches of these colors, but my fingers aren’t looking at their best right now; I got some “nice” cuts on my fingers while disassembling a closet… Best timing for this to happen, I know.

Remover

Ever since I discovered this Kiko Milano nail polish remover, my whole nail care routine has taken a massive turn for the better! This is just genius; you immerse your finger in the bottle give it a little turn (or at least that’s how I do it), et voila! Nail polish is gone and your fingers are clean.
