Happy New Year!!!!
It’s so crazy how we are in 2020, isn’t it?
I don’t know about you but for me 2019 just in and out within a second… so fast!!
Yet, it was a year filled so many great memories, many travel posts, and overall good vibes. Not going to lie: it wasn’t perfect or as I initially planned it out, however, I take it as a good learning lesson and keep the best of it in my mind.
So for today’s post, I thought I’d look back to 2019, together with you, and summarize my personal favorite posts.
I hope you enjoy the post.
Blog – 2019 in review
These are my TOP 5 favorites posts I wrote during 2019:
1. San Francisco Series
This must have been my favorite trip of 2019, and without any surprise, I loved sharing all the ups & downs of it during the 3-post series.
Visiting San Francisco also marked the first time I created vlogs and published them on YouTube:
2. Venice
Venice had been on my “to-visit list” for so many years! I was so happy to finally visit it even if it was for just a short time.
There, I also got some of my favorite night time photos I ever took; proud, to be honest.
3. Vienna
Another European capital that I wanted to visit for so long and I can now finally cross off my list.
It’s amazing how simple it is to visit many beautiful European capitals, once you live in central Europe! haha
I also made a little vlog during this trip, which can be found on my YouTube channel:
4. A week in Lisbon area – Summer holiday
This year’s Summer break was a bit unusual, as I had only 2 weeks off but not after each other. During one of those weeks, I went to Lisbon and visited many new places, form rooftops to amazing beaches.
I wrote all about it here:
You can use this post as a little guide if you are planning to visit the Lisbon area during the upcoming Summer.
5. Get to know me
It was about time I’d write a tag about me, so you’d guys could know a bit more about this person behind the screen.
It was so much fun to answer it, and it also was the first time I shared a photo of myself on a post.
Other important things to mention that happened during 2019:
* Cooper turned 1 year! [read it – COOPER]
* I thought I’d lost my blogging motivation… but here I am!
* Traveled to many new places.
* Read many books, thanks to my lovely ebook [read it – Kobo ebook review]
* And last but not least, I got back to working out!!

2019 was a year where I had to find myself, find time for my hobbies and finally cut the cr*p and jut get things done. So, I am very happy with how it turned out, even though sometimes I was a bit lost.
I guess that’s how things go anyway.
How was your 2019?
What are you most looking forward to 2020?
Let me know in the comments; I’ll be super happy to hear from you.
