Olá!!!
Recently, I baked a chocolate cake with Blueberry sauce which was a huge success here at home, and at the neighbors too. haha
So I thought I’d share the recipe in case if you like baking something.
It’s very easy and prepared in 30-45min, depending on how organized/used to bake you are.
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 2 yogurts Natural (like this one: https://sphotos-b-mad.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash3/931193_527918197266256_1411039236_n.jpg)
- 2 yogurt cups of sugar
- 3 yogurt cups of flour
- chocolate powder
- dark chocolate bar
Preparation:
- Separate the yellow part of the eggs from the white one, and put them into two different bowls. On the bowl where you only have the yellow part of the eggs, add the sugar and mix it as much as you can until it becomes creamy.
- Add the yogurts and mix it once again until it gets homogeneous.
- Add the chocolate powder; the quantity it’s up to you! If you are a chocolate lover, don’t be afraid to add it! haha
- Once you have an homogeneous mixture, add the dark chocolate that should be previously melt on a separate pan with a bit of butter. Mix all together.
- Add the flour, slowly, and mix it again. This might take some time, but the trick it’s not to add too much flour at once.
- On your second bowl, beat the eggs white until you create a foam (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cjuJfkxoATA).
- Add this foam to your chocolate mixture.
Finally, just pour it in a baking form with some baking paper on it and put it on the oven (previously heated) at 195 Celsius – this depends of your oven, actually – and let it bake for 40-45min approx. At the end check if the cake is baked on the inside with a tooth pick.
For the blueberry sauce, just follow this easy recipe: http://www.joshuakennon.com/my-personal-favorite-blueberry-sauce-recipe/
And here’s the final result:
Bom apetite!! 😀
