Anyone fancying an easy Muffin recipe?
Over here, we’re big fans of these little fellas and they taste great! It’s very easy to make, so here you are:

Strawberry muffins with Chocolate

What will you need (approx. 16muffins)

• Eggs: 3
• Sugar: 150g
• Flour: 300g
• Baking powder: 1 tea spoon
• Butter: 80g
• Milk: 150ml
• Strawberries: as much as you want. 🙂

How to:

1. Mix the eggs with sugar, milk and melted butter
2. Once you get an homogeneous mix, add the flour and baking powder, and stir again.
3. Add the strawberries, cut in  small pieces.
4. Pour the mix into your muffin baking tray.
5. Keep it in the over for about 35min, at 180C.
