Adventures in the kitchen #4

The other day, I noticed that there were two lonely old bananas lying on the kitchen table waiting to be eaten. I don’t want this to sound discrimination towards them, but once bananas get old, no one seems to like them anymore…
Just like this one! whahaha

So, I decided to give them a good use and made a Banana&Choco Cake!
Well, It was a success because there’s hardly anything left.
I totally recommend this one, super easy, fast and tasty!

What will you need:

  • 125g flour
  • 125g sugar
  • 1 tea spoon of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 smashed bananas
  • Chocolate powder (use as much as you like)
  • 50g melt butter
How to:
  1. Mix the sugar and eggs until you get a nice cream texture.
  2. Add the smashed bananas, and stir it well.
  3. Add the melt butter once it has cooled down a bit.
  4. Mix the flour, the baking powder and chocolate powder all together and slowly add it to the creamy mix.
  5. Make sure your oven is pre-heated and let it stay in the oven for approx. 40min at 190C degrees.
This is what’s left…. 🙂
Enjoy!!!
