The other day, I noticed that there were two lonely old bananas lying on the kitchen table waiting to be eaten. I don’t want this to sound discrimination towards them, but once bananas get old, no one seems to like them anymore…
Just like this one! whahaha
So, I decided to give them a good use and made a Banana&Choco Cake!
Well, It was a success because there’s hardly anything left.
I totally recommend this one, super easy, fast and tasty!
What will you need:
- 125g flour
- 125g sugar
- 1 tea spoon of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 smashed bananas
- Chocolate powder (use as much as you like)
- 50g melt butter
How to:
- Mix the sugar and eggs until you get a nice cream texture.
- Add the smashed bananas, and stir it well.
- Add the melt butter once it has cooled down a bit.
- Mix the flour, the baking powder and chocolate powder all together and slowly add it to the creamy mix.
- Make sure your oven is pre-heated and let it stay in the oven for approx. 40min at 190C degrees.
